Director of Finance (39607)
Our client is an organization in the Hennepin County area looking for a Director of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of experience along with excellent analytical and communication skills. This company offers a strong team culture and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $150k + bonus.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing corporate planning, management consulting, restructuring, transaction advisory and interim management services for businesses in a variety of industries.
- Working extensively with trustees, receivers, and creditor groups on distressed assets including the assessment of current operations, developing turnaround/exit strategies, and actively implementing said strategies.
- Transactions include operational turnarounds, implementation of value-add capital improvement campaigns, and shutdown and sale for adaptive reuse, all with the focus of maximizing the return for the client.
- Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
The Director of Finance will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A, healthcare, or the real estate industry.
- Experience turning around distressed properties is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
