You'll spearhead sales efforts for commercial vehicles, upfit services, and partner products in a designated area. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Strategically drive sales for commercial vehicles, upfit products, and services in your territory.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including fleet businesses, dealers, and fleet management companies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and converting leads.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and maintain customer relationships.
Relationship Management:
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry influencers.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently achieving revenue goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of B2B territory sales experience, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and sales acumen.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about commercial vehicles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office suite, and remote meeting tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
