Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the St. Louis office of a national full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support 3 of the firm's litigators with a variety of duties related to a busy mass tort and health sciences practice. The working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm. Duties include, but aren't limited to:
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading pleadings and other legal documents;
- Opening new client file matters;
- Entering attorney billable time;
- E-filing pleadings in state and federal court;
- Planning attorney travel;
- Communicating with clients;
- And more!
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting;
- E-filing experience;
- Prior use of iManage is preferred but not required.
