Pay: $250,000-$275,000 annually, based on experience


Concierge Physician Job description

Archive is seeking a Concierge Physician to join our team, catering to 20-35 C-suite executives and their families in the Cleveland, OH area. The Physician will be practicing in a clinic location, as well as conducting home and virtual visits. The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, women's health exams, and will prescribe and tend to urgent care cases. This new model will provide exclusive access to comprehensive healthcare services, tailored to the executive employees of our client and their families' needs. Through this model, our patients receive personalized attention, extended appointment times, and direct communication with our Concierge Physician, excelling their quality of care.


We are particularly interested in a physician who has an emphasis and background in functional medicine to complement our approach and better serve the holistic health needs of our clientele.


In addition to this clinical practice the physician will also assume various other duties in Archive including collaborating with some NPs and administrative aspects of our entities.

Specific responsibilities

  • Primary care: provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to executive employees and their families, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
  • Women's health care: provide medical services tailored to the individual needs of female patients, including preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive health issues.
  • Prescribing medications: assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage.
  • Patient relationship building: establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Interdisciplinary care: coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists as necessary for employee referrals and continuity of care.
  • Clinic management: manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.
  • Entity management: the physician will passively own multiple Archive medical entities, in various states, holding ownership stakes without direct involvement in daily operations. They will sign legal documents, such as employment agreements, and oversee confidentiality and communication within these entities.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as an MD or DO in Ohio
  • Must hold a background in functional medicine, or an interest in how all relevant factors affect a patient s health: lifestyle, environment, etc.
  • Capability and willingness to provide care to a broad range of demographics; Experience in women s healthcare strongly preferred
  • Must have a clean license and background, with no malpractice reports
  • Willing to undergo NPDB, NPI, DEA and state board verification checks prior to onboarding
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, should a call arise
