Position Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated Service Technicians with a strong background in wind turbine maintenance and repair. The ideal candidates will have a few years of experience in the field and possess a thorough understanding of wind turbine systems. Experience with Major Component Exchange or blade repair is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbine systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform component replacements and repairs as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document all maintenance activities and provide detailed reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician in the wind energy industry.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
- Familiarity with MCE (Major Component Exchange) procedures preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
