Outdoor Supply Hardware in Capitola is looking for a Team Lead for the Paint and Housewares department. This position is a key part of the overall success of the store. We are growing and need people who can grow with us.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Extensive knowledge of Paint, Paint Sundries and Housewares so as to provide excellent service to our customers
• Ability to train, develop and direct other employees to grow and maintain a successful business
• Knowledge and selling skill to help customers purchase the correct paint and tools for their job and budget and instruct in safe usage
• Ability to build merchandise displays that attract customers to shop in our store
