Tax Accountant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a growing company in Northern Kentucky that is looking for add a Tax Accountant to their Accounting department. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with various tax filings but must possess experience with 1065s. This position is Direct Hire and will pay between $70K and $90K annually.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
- Specialize in Form 1065 for partnerships, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial records to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify tax implications and opportunities for tax savings.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients, including strategies for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing deductions.
- Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their tax-related concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of tax filings and related documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role, with expertise in preparing and filing tax returns, including Form 1065.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
