Mercedes-Benz of Maui part of the Fletcher Jones fine family of dealerships is looking for hard-working, energetic, and guest service oriented **Dealership Coordinator** to join our organization.
**Position Summary:** The Dealership Coordinator provides customer services experience that is memorable while assisting the Sales Department and Business Office with vehicle related sales transactions.

**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of related experience and/or training
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Able to use computer, electronic hand held devices and other office equipment
* Able to meet attendance and punctuality regularly and predictably
* Good interpersonal skill and professional attitude to interaction with others
**Responsibilities**
* provide prompt, courteous and accurate service in all interactions with clients, personnel, visitors, vendors and alike
* program personalized settings of vehicles prior to the customer's delivery and explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
* resolve any customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
* verify the customer is enrolled in the MBrace system or has declined enrollment prior to leaving the dealership
* drive company vehicle in a safe manner to perform duties and errands
* assist with getting vehicles ready for sale such as taking pictures, putting stickers on, tagging trade-ins and etc.
* take physical inventory of company vehicles daily and compare it to company records and resolve discrepancies
* assist with timely processing of DMV paperwork
* perform clerical duty such processing DMV paperwork, filing, making copies, preparing outgoing mail and correspondences in a timely manner
* maintain boutique and customer lounge
* operate cash register, process and record payment according to payment method, i.e. cash, credit card or checks and balance total payment per day
* assist department managers as requested and perform other duties as assigned
