Description:
Part-time Inventory associate
The major responsibilities for this position is to assist the inventory team with the following:
Ensure adequate inventory levels to minimize outages
Follow developed receiving processes
Train on inventory management best practices
Monitor inventory management reports
Implement location codes and cycle counting
Assist with the introduction of new items to store mix
Monitor shrinkage and recommend ways to reduce theft and breakage in the store
Identify obsolete inventory and determine how to best remove it
Other Essential Requirements
Willing to learn all services provided at the store.
Valid State ID
Must be available to work weekends and night shifts.
Education/Training
High School or GED equivalent.
Experience
Retail experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, bending, lifting (30-50 lbs)
Ladder climbing, several times a day
