Pecan Square Caf is MML Hospitality's newest restaurant concept and we need your help! We offer a $250 bonus after 90 days of great performance in addition to the benefits listed below.
Pecan Square Caf, located in the heart of Clarksville, serves simple, seasonal food inspired by our home in Austin. With a focus on market-driven ingredients and an evolving roster of dishes, the menu is straightforward but elevated. The beverage program will deliver dynamic variations on classic cocktails, with an approachable and sophisticated wine selection. We open for lunch, brunch, and dinner seven days a week - Service is easygoing, warm, and casually elegant. Our team is composed of deeply compassionate and sincere individuals with genuine love and interest in all things restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in a full-service restaurant
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* Open availability preferred
* Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
* Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
* Experience with OpenTable is valued but not required
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Maintain standards of service
* Greet all guests in a genuine and warm manner
* Efficiently communicate all pertinent information to guests and other staff members
* Organize reservations to maximize covers and profitability
