[**[Job Location: [This position is in our Summerville, SC office, or Wilmington, NC office.Primary Responsibilities: ]{arial=""}]{arial=""}**]{new="" roman="" times=""}Develop construction drawings with Revit for all phases of a project.Develop specifications in SpecsIntact and MS Word per MasterFormat.Develop in Revit rendered models for presentations.Assist in developing cost estimates and construction schedules.Assist in construction administration.Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.[**[Minimum Qualifications:]{arial=""}**]{new="" roman="" times=""}Masters in Architecture from an NAAB accredited University.NCARB Certified with ability to get reciprocity in multiple states.Proficient in developing BIM models on a variety of building and occupancy types in the latest release of Revit.Relevant experience with current releases of AutoCAD, MS office Suite, MS Word, Excel, Windows 10, and Bluebeam.3-8 years of experience in the design and documentation of architecture projects beyond initial licensureLead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.Ability to pass a background check in pursuit of obtaining access onto military bases.Ability to travel with occasional overnight stay.Ability to produce a complete set of construction documents.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication, teamwork, and collaboration.Ability to perform tasks independently and in a logical and timely manner.Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills.Ability to see the big picture as well as focus on the details.Desire to learn, accept direction, be mentored, and build relationships.Have a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple deadlines.[**[Desired, but not required Qualifications:]{arial=""}**]{new="" roman="" times=""}[]{new="" roman=""}
