Responsibilities
The Facilities Assistant reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Compensation starting at $15/hour based on experience.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
+ Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
+ Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
+ Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
+ Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Ability to follow instructions efficiently
