Regional Food Service Sales Manager West CoastThe Regional Food Service Sales Manager West Coast role within Land OLakes Foodservice is a field-based position that is responsible for driving sales execution and target achievement within the Western Region (CA, WA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, MT, ID, HI). This role is listed as virtual but the ideal candidate will live in California (Southern CA preferred) or AZ. This role must reside in the South Western USA.
The RSM must build productive relationships with Distributors/Operators and maximize trade funds to help drive results. The RSM is also responsible for providing direction/executional priorities/training to our broker partners within the region to build street business as well as provide support for other segments as needed (Chain, K12 & Non-Comm). Finally, the RSM will need to utilize our CRM platform (Salesforce) as the business process and reporting tool.
**Required Experience and Education**
4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years Foodservice Sales experience
Strong communication and CRM reporting proficiency (Salesforce, MS Office, written, and verbal)
**Preferred Experience**
Foodservice distribution responsibility
