Hardware Test Engineer

Job Details

Job Summary:

• Experience testing enterprise servers and industry standard server components such as DIMM, SSD and HDD
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as DDR4, DDR5, NVMe, PCIe, SATA.
• Strong debug skills with proven experience debugging complex computer issues at the hardware, firmware, and software level.
• Good understanding of enterprise server architecture
• Experience on different testing methodologies and standards
• Proficiency in windows and Linux server operating system
• Experience in executing the scripts and analysing the automation failures.
• Expertise with Test tools such as performance benchmarks, IO stress tools, memory stress tools, Bug management and Test execution tools.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute the test cases Manual/automation on different hardware configurations as per test plan provided.
• Analyze and debug the failures, raise bugs in the bug tracking tools and track them to closure.
• Work closely with the Onsite and Offshore counter parts for the day-to-day activities. Provide proper handoff.
