**Spa Front Desk**

The Spa at Maddens is now hiring for part-time, year-round Spa Front Desk Attendant to join our team. We are a family resort located right on Beautiful Gull Lake. We are looking for fun, energetic and hardworking professionals to join our team. Employees receive discounts on products and services, as well as resort wide discounts, on golf and dining. We do require weekend work.
We are looking for a fun and energetic person with customer service experience for the the spa reception area, including greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling payments and opening and closing the spa. It is important that you be able to work well under pressure and maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality when communicating with the public.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding guest service.
Understands and can describe all of our products and services.
Uses proper phone etiquette.
Stocking and cleaning the locker rooms and relaxation area.
Schedule appointments
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular & Reliable attendance.
Handle cash and other payment forms.
Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Performs other duties as required.
Able to work weekends.
