LHH (f/k/a Parker + Lynch Legal) is working on a Corporate/M&A Attorney role that has the ability to sit in Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland, with the firm's largest office and bulk of corporate attorneys in the firm's Cleveland office.
The firm has 100+ attorneys across several offices (including in large legal markets), is near the top of the compensation scale in Ohio, and has a robust in-house alumni network (particularly in Cleveland).
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of sophisticated Corporate/M&A experience, with particular interest in Private Equity.
