Production Worker - Evening Shift

$1,250 Hiring Bonus

General Description of Duties:

  • Support assigned work area through contract production assistance
  • Operate production machinery as assigned
  • Learn procedures/methods for assigned contracts
  • Set up each contract in assigned area efficiently
  • Ensure production work meets quality control standards and rate of production
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and safe
  • Assist with inventory control of all contract supplies
  • Ensure proper use of all supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Perform facility maintenance duties (i.e., vacuuming, trash removal, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
  • May be assigned to different work areas depending upon contact and production requirements as needed
  • Assist with training other personnel as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education and Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of mailing or printing work experience preferred
  • One year of work experience highly preferred
  • Clear, distinct, and cordial English speaking ability required
  • Proficient in reading and writing English to understand procedures
  • Capable of giving and receiving instructions verbally and in writing
  • Effective in presenting information and responding to inquiries
  • Ability to present a friendly, courteous image to the public, customers, and officials

Job Type: Full Time; Monday thru Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am, some OT may be required.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour ($33,320) annually.
