Requirements
SUMMARY
Work closely with the Inventory Control and Protection Plan Department, Protection Plan Company, Jewelers, and Vendors to ensure proper invoicing and processing of Protection Plan repairs and invoices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily store interaction
Prepare jewelers contracts
Enter and audit jeweler invoices
Reconcile jeweler invoices with Protection Plan Company
Reconcile Rogers uploads with Protection Plan Company
Combo report research and audit
Identify system inconsistencies for reporting purposes
Create, enter, and send repairs (Jewelry and Watch) to jewelers and Vendors
Communicate with Vendor and Jewelers about repairs
Receive Guest repairs and determine best solution
Communicate with guests when required
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Store knowledge and experience helpful
Basic jewelry and watch knowledge helpful
Able to work in a highly productive paced environment
Quick learner
Works well with people.
Possess good communication skills
Able to adapt to changing environment
Typing and basic computer knowledge necessary
Basic Excel knowledge
