Our CSRs have four primary areas of responsibility. First, to complete all paperwork with clients. Second, to handle all client service requests. Third, conduct all follow-up meetings to finalize work in process. And, fourth, conduct client annual review meetings.
Our CSRs go through our initial training program and then are gradually promoted to working directly with clients. This career path requires all professional licenses at some point.
There are high expectations of excellence and the person who fills this position will receive training to be well prepared to perform independently. It is vital that these people present themselves professionally, and be comfortable with traditional and conservative values. **Duties of Position:**
* Develop and sustain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
* Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collect pertinent client information to fill out appropriate account documents
* Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss their financial needs and goals
* Prepare files and assist advisors on client appointments
**Requirements:**
* Enthusiastic and driven personality
* Strong communication skills
* Demonstrate proficient computer skills
* Valid drivers license, pass drug test, and a favorable credit score
* Financial services experience (preferred)
* Industry Licenses (preferred) ability to acquire them over time
