**Description**

Join our team at Dunbar Water! This key member of our team provides first class customer service for our clients and effectively supports our outside sales reps, field service technicians, and office admin team. This is done in support of our brand promise, co-worker core values, customer guarantees and pledges.

**Essential Functions:**

- Assists with light accounting and document preparation. Collects, inputs, and files business related data. Provides timely reporting of related information.

- Receives and responds to phone calls and emails from customers, vendors, co-workers and general business inquiries.

- Schedules and qualifies customer requests for installation and service appointments.

- Coordinates and communicates daily logistics for the field technician dispatch team.

- Assists with admin sales tasks, special projects and other job duties as assigned.

**Education:**

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

**Expected Communication:**

This position deals frequently with our customers, field technicians, and outside sales advisers over the telephone, via email and in person. The position also cooperatively works within a small office environment and requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

**Experience:**

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service focused administrative support role. Previous client inside sales experience and a high comfort level with CRM computer technology programs (Sales Force, Microsoft Office, Quick Books) is preferred.

**Equipment and Tools Used:**

Calculator, telephone, computer terminal, and personal computer

**Decisions Made:**

This position deals extensively with both prospective and current customers establishing new service, assisting with new business proposals, and troubleshooting any problems. Routine decisions relating to these situations are made, along with decisions related to scheduling service and installations. More complex decisions are referred to the Office Sales Manager, Field Service Manager, Outside Sales Adviser or Division General Manager.

**Safety Considerations:**

The main safety concern relates to proper ergonomics while working at computer terminal or on personal computer.

**Work Environment:**

The work environment is mainly an office setting. The spring, summer and fall seasons are typically faster paced than the rest of the year.

**Physical Requirements Analysis:**

* The position requires frequent sitting and some standing.

* There is frequent use of the fingers to write, input data into a computer system, and handle paperwork

* There is frequent communication involving both speaking and listening in person and over the telephone

* Visual requirements include the ability to read printed and handwritten documents and input data into a computer system.

**Weight or Force Moved:**

There is rarely a need to lift or move an object weighing more than 10 pounds.
