No Remote Customer Service Associate
Hours from 7:00 am 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, and weekends as needed, with benefits available.
**Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
* Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
* Excellent customer service with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
* Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying, and filing
* Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel
* Accurate Data entry skills
* Reviewing customer data for deficiencies or errors and correcting as needed
* Shipping and inventory
**Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
* Outstanding phone and email etiquette
* Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Exceptional communication skills
* Flexible schedule
* Experience from a Manufacturing environment
