Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring document control and managing project budgets. This role is located in Hialeah, FL.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction experience
- Budgeting and Cost Management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is beneficial, but not required
- Proficiency in Procore and Scheduling Software's is beneficial.
