**Freezer Inventory Control Associate**

Gelato & Desserts, Inc. is a manufacturer of authentic Italian gelato, sorbet, and plant-based frozen desserts with national distribution in the foodservice and grocery/retail industries. G.S. Gelato is looking for a Freezer Inventory Control Associate to join our exciting growth!
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Follow GS Gelatos GMP, SQF, safety and sanitation regulations.
* Safely receive, and handle finished product between boxing and freezer departments.
* Clearly label pallets as inventory is counted and recorded.
* Responsible for maintaining live inventory counts of all finished goods produced using a scanner device.
* Maintain daily inventory of finished goods on incoming verification tally to be turned in daily to Logistics Manager.
* Maintain daily verification of all outgoing products shipped from the warehouse.
* Regularly work with Logistics Manager on inventory reconciliation.
* Responsible for daily cycle counts of randomly selected items.
* Ensure that freezer is properly organized and cleanliness is well maintained.
* Ensure that FIFO is being properly executed.
* All other duties as assigned.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
* Supports the organizational goals of the Company.
* Must pay close attention to detail.
* Pallet Jack and/or forklift experience preferred.

**SALARY**
$16/hr. Depends on experience.
