Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
- Present a professional appearance, to include your company vehcile, equipment, and uniform.
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
- Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
- Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
- Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
- Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
- Keep customer informed about the service.
- Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
- Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- No experience required - training will be provided!

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- We require the ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
Physical Demands / Working Environment: - Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
