**Tooling Cleaner**

Enviva is seeking a tooling cleaner who will be responsible for preparing and cleaning dies and rollers at our Tooling Services center in Richmond, VA.

**Responsibilities**

* Drills out die plates and dimples on roller shells and cleans dies and roller shells to support the machining step of the refurbishment process and cleans hydraulic nuts

* Scope of service is not limited to cleaning of tools but also includes assessing incoming tools for damages and flagging issues with the appropriate contact

* Responsible for keeping a clean working environment for the facility by performing housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to emptying trash cans in the production facility and cleaning oil spills

* Responsible for loading and unloading freight, supplies, and tools

* Responsible for packaging parts for shipment to customer facilities

**Qualifications**

* Complete understanding of operating equipment to include but not limited to forklifts

* 12 months experience in operating, loading or unloading equipment

* Strong verbal communication skills

*Skills and Abilities*

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Ability to visually detect damages and defects on tooling

* Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift items above shoulders occasionally

* Ability to push, pull and lift up items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis

**Work Environment**

* Work in all types of weather sometimes temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees

* Occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces

* Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud
