We're currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturer in Skokie, IL. You'll play a vital role in managing CI projects, R&D new product developments, CAPA (corrective action and preventive action), new hire development, associate accountability, performance reviews, and operations efficiencies.
3rd Shift (10:30p-7:30am)
Pay: 70k to 80k w/ a Strong Bonus Potential!

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment within a supervisory role.
- Ideally experience in the Food, Beverage, Pharma, Packaging industries.
- Experience with disciplinary actions, payroll, inventory, mentoring, and training.
- Comfortable leading meetings and delegating tasks.
- Experience with an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.,)
- Lean/CI manufacturing experience is a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- 22 Direct reports in various rooms.
- Coordinating materials for their rooms, getting materials delivered on time, properly training staff, making sure everyone is up to food safety standards.
- Cross-departmental work.
- For example, if a machine goes down, need to work with maintenance, or getting quality to approve a cleaning for a piece of equipment.
- Involved in inventory, corrective actions, root cause analysis and process improvement projects.
