Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a Financial Planning Analyst position with a major, well established manufacturing company at their facility south of Los Angeles. Our client will be undergoing substantial growth over the next several years and is building their financial team to meet that development. The person in this role will be in a great position to experience major career advancement within an exciting, team-oriented environment.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Work on monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Create detailed and thorough financial statement analyses
- Work closely with VP of Finance and Division Controller on audit issues and projects
- Work on annual budgets, forecasts, gap analysis, bridges, and corporate reporting
- Prepare standard cost variance analysis and account reconciliations
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2+ years of financial planning, analytical, and audit experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting
The salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $107,500 with an additional 2X bonus paid out quarterly based on the company s performance. Additionally, relocation assistance is offered for this role.
