As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be the voice of Gannett, dedicated to retaining our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring resolutions.

* Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to diffuse challenging situations.
* Strong time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
* High Accuracy rate in your work including communications, documentation, etc.
* Self-motivated, creative, flexible, willing to take initiative, be accountable, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Must be able to accurately complete basic math calculations.
