We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic RVN to join our growing team at St Elmo Veterinary Clinic in Derry, Northern Ireland. We are a dedicated 100% small animal practice and our friendly, welcoming and committed team strive to give the utmost care and treatment to all pets.

At St Elmo, you will be part of an experienced team and have a varied range of cases where you will be encouraged to build your own client base. We have a brand new fully refurbished, purpose-built clinic, filled with all the latest tech and equipment. Our practice now boasts, 4 consult rooms, theatre, separate dog, cat and isolation rooms, a lift, offices, 3 bathrooms, a rest room, a staff room, laundry room, X-ray and lab facilities on site. Not to mention onsite parking.

To be successful you will need to be a qualified Veterinary Nurse and registered with the RCVS. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and the confidence to deliver high quality care to all our patients.

This is a part-time role of between 30-36 hours per week, worked over 3 or 4 days, with a requirement to cover 1 in 3 weekends plus a share of the on call rota - currently 1 in 3 Tuesdays and a full on call weekend of 1 in 18-24 weeks (approximately 1-2 per year).

Salary dependent on experience, with annual salary reviews. Career progression and CPD are actively encouraged and supported.
