Backend Developer
Primary Location : Remote
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Backend Developer for our premier client in Remote.
Locations:
This role will mostly be remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following cities for future conversion to full-time employment:
Cincinnati, OH, Charlotte, NC, San Jose, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, Boca Raton, FL.
Note: Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license to verify their residence in one of the listed cities. Occasional travel (1-2 days per month) to these locations may be required.
Duration:
6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
- Strong Technical Developer in Go-Lang/GO:
- Experience working on new Ad-Tech platform services.
- Strong SQL/NoSQL Database Knowledge:
- Proficient in designing, managing, and optimizing database systems.
- Technical Leadership and Hands-on Development:
- Work with technical leads to design new systems, build them, and support them through deployment.
Ability to take on both hands-on development and technical leadership roles within the team.
Proven experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on Go-Lang/GO.
Extensive knowledge and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to design, build, and support new systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technical leads to design and develop new system architectures.
- Build highly scalable backend components for eCommerce web and Merchandizing applications.
- Support and maintain existing backend systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Engage in hands-on development as well as provide technical leadership within the team.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure code quality and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of backend services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, testing, and maintaining backend components for Technology's platform.
