Job Details

Actively promotes a work environment within the Maintenance Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience while safely and efficiently maintaining the plant site and equipment.
  • Safely and efficiently perform general plant and yard duties as assigned.
  • Repairs and installs plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities.
  • Maintains mechanical equipment maintenance records.
  • Performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Performs preventive maintenance for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities.
  • Comply with government regulated safety and environmental policies.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Operate general plant site equipment and vehicles
  • Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and welding tasks.

Other Functions

  • Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values
  • Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
  • Performs all other related duties, as assigned
