Desktop Support Technician

Day to Day:

Insight Globals Client, a top tier Title Company is seeking to hire a Desktop Support Technician to service their internal users. This Desktop Technician will be traveling around the metro Denver area to resolve support tickets in a timely manner and will be responding to onboarding and offboarding needs; deploying and collecting infrastructure, setting up user accounts, etc. This resource will support users both virtually and onsite for various hardware and software support, troubleshooting network connectivity issues and will help with other projects as assigned. The Desktop Tech will maintain clear documentation and efforts in the ticketing system.


Must Have:

  • 2+ years Technical Support
  • Great communication skills/customer service skills
  • Experience supporting users with MS Suite
  • Experience with MS Teams chat and meetings
  • Hardware troubleshooting; desktop, laptop
  • Familiar with Ticketing systems
  • Willingness to travel in the metro Denver area
  • Reliable transportation with a valid DL


Compensation:

$20.00/hr to $25.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
