ROLE:
Help Korean-speaking customers to have satisfying communication with agents without having to face the language barrier on top of service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle calls from customers who want to communicate in the Korean language
Work with customers to understand their issues and provide support. This can be answering questions or providing troubleshooting utilizing guides and other online support material
Work with broader team as needed to obtain guidance for handling issues requiring specific expertise.
Proactively manage customer complaints and offer satisfactory solutions guided by policy and guidelines
Register international products in system for efficient warranty claim processing
Guide customers through the repair set up for non-international products based on HQ guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in Korean-English - able to speak, read and write and work on a professional level
Has at least 3 or more years of relevant work experience in handling customer service claims
College degree is preferred but not required
Has at least 3 or more years or relevant work experience in a customer service representative role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize tasks independently with minimal supervision; has great follow up skills
Team player, self-driven, flexible, dedicated
Analytical skills with problem solving abilities
Strong organized skills and written communication skills
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
Okay to work 100% onsite in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
