Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Assists with the scanning and digitizing of documents
- Assists with the shredding and destroying of old or unnecessary documents
- Updates contact information in organizational data base
- Responds to emails and phone calls; responds to member inquiries
- Supports Vice President with additional administrative duties
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work diligently with little direction
- Ability to be proactive and seek out new tasks
- Office experience; Answering Phones and writing emails
- Any prior experience using copiers and scanners nice to have
