Were looking for a new **Branch Manager** for our Streamwood location! This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced banking professional that wants to lead the branch to excellence. As the **Streamwood Branch Manager**, you will lead a team of 6 employees. Youll ensure the team maintains expert product knowledge, provides excellent member service, and consistently meets CCUs goals and expectations. Keys to success in this position are ambition, being results driven and a champion for change, and possessing leadership skills!

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor results for branch sales goals, service standards, referrals and incentives paid; make improvements as needed

* Meet regularly with branch team to review sales and service performance standards; coach on performance

* Provide input to senior leadership regarding branch initiatives as they relate to the strategic plan

* Monitor and report branch budget results; speak to operational efficiencies and deficiencies; make adjustments as needed

* Assess and implement strategies from the branchs member experience survey results; identify ways to decrease friction points and improve the member experience

* Work cohesively with peers and teams to accomplish cross-departmental initiatives

* Ensure the branch is following all applicable compliance and regulatory guidelines

* Monitor and ensure that coaching is occurring for quality control and audit findings; implement mitigating steps to avoid future issues

* Serve as the branch lead for member escalations

* Actively participate in the hiring for branch positions

* Develop action plans to encourage a highly engaged branch culture

* Ensure ongoing coaching for employee performance and accountability measures are in place; provide insight on strengths and opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Management, Sales or equivalent

* 5+ years of experience in business management, customer service, retail or related and 2+ years of financial institution experience

* 2+ years of people management experience

* Successful track record of team development, coaching, leadership, communication and management skills, with a true passion for service.

* Flexibility to work approximately 45 hours per week ranging from:

+ Mon Fri 7:45am - 6:15pm; and Sat 7:45am-2:15pm.
