Job Details
We are seeking a talented Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years experience working in the civic architectural field to join our team. A Project Manager will work under the direction of a Principal and is responsible for the completion of projects and management of a team for a wide range of project sizes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with owner and team to fully understand the individuality of the client project and development of the programmatic direction
- Lead a team of Architects, Project Associates, Interior Designers, Interior Designer Associates, and Planners to develop design solution in collaboration with Directors of Design
- Mentoring a team of technical/design-oriented professionals
- Ensure feasibility, constructability, and life safety/code requirements are met
- Work on project development in design phases
- Create and modify specifications under the direction of a specification writer
- Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with the project team
- Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials
- Develop construction documentation and specifications
- Create develop and maintain BIM projects through all phases of projects
- Coordinate with consultants utilizing BIM, 2D documentation, and specifications
- Prepare request for pricing and review of shop drawings during construction
- Complete site visits as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365
- Experience with Navisworks, and AutoDesk FormIt, preferred
