CNC Press Brake Operator* *Buckeye Shapeform, a Columbus, Ohio well established metal fabrication and deep draw metal forming manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for a press brake operator.Buckeye Shapeform is ISO9001 / AS9100 certified providing electronic enclosures to a variety of industries including audio/video, telecommunications, medical and transportation. Additionally, Buckeye Shapeform possesses precision deep draw metal forming capabilities providing mission critical components to military and aerospace applications.* **Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Programs, sets-up, and operates press brake to form a variety of sheet metal and steel plate parts. Checks work to templates or drawings using scale, square, or other instruments to determine conformity.Reads, understands, and follows work orders, blue prints, and measuring apparatus.Evaluates job write-ups to ensure that parts are formed in the correct order.Correctly positions part on die.Checks parts to ensure machine is running correctly using various measuring tools.Ensures that safety equipment is working and adjustments are made as required.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three to six months experience in similar position.Mathematical skills as related to the position.Buckeye Shapeform offers a four ten hour work week with a competitive salary and benefits package including group health/dental, 401k with company match, paid vacation, company paid life and disability.Qualified individuals should forward in confidence a resume including salary history to: ...@buckeyeshapeform.comEmployment is contingent on drug screen, background check, and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
