Fabletics is currently looking for a Marketing Manager.

We seek a candidate with an exceptionally analytical mindset coupled with a profound grasp of brand marketing and storytelling. This high-impact position entails direct ownership and accountability for marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities encompass orchestrating the comprehensive lifecycle of campaigns across Fabletics' diverse marketing channels. Additionally, you will lead the charge in advanced analytics and reporting, playing a central role in shaping and refining our strategic marketing initiatives.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives, requiring the development of strategy, cross-functional marketing plans, and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Create marketing briefs; responsible for insight development, aware of competitor and market trends, category opportunities, establishing campaign objective + KPIs, target audience, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure brief captures needs.
  • Drive CRM-related initiatives, concentrating on optimizing transactional lifecycle communication to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
  • Take ownership of corporate marketing pages, including storytelling and management for sections such as 'About Us,' 'Sustainability,' and 'CSR,' ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
  • Oversee Fabletics Rewards, our loyalty program, in close collaboration with the e-commerce and merchandising teams, ensuring a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
  • Head the charge on analytics and reporting, playing a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing data to prepare insightful reports and compelling slides for our executive team.


What You Can Bring:
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing; digital marketing is a must
  • Retail, apparel, and/or DTC industry experience is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing and storytelling, with the ability to execute 360-degree campaigns from start to finish across all digital channels (including but not limited to e-commerce, email, SMS, push, social, influencers, etc.)
  • Highly analytical approach with proficiency in building, reading, and acting on strategic marketing reports; advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience with Heap Analytics and Tableau is a plus
  • Energy, creativity, and a forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing
  • Adaptable and agile attitude with the ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive presentation decks
  • A university degree in business or marketing related field

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,300-$105,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
