Fulfillment Associate


Job Details

As a Fulfillment Associate I, you will be part of a technical warehouse team. You will be responsible for both receiving & unpacking as well as picking & packing orders to support client onsite events. You will also work closely with other teams in the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical assets to client events. This is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience or education in the field. You will learn on the job and receive training and guidance from your team and supervisor.


This is an hourly position with variable shift hours starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 7pm. It is a fully in-person role and requires commuting to the warehouse 5 days a week. You will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders according to the order specifications and quality standards.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of each order before shipping.
  • Label and seal packages and pallets according to the shipping instructions.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following the warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues or damages to the Fulfillment Supervisor or Manager.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management software.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
  • Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
