POSITION: Production Supervisor
Location: Pontiac, MI
The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. To do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance overall plant performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
