What You Need:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong background in training and development
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a direct leadership role
  • Manufacturing industry experience required, pharmaceutical preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing innovative learning and development programs that support employee growth and organizational success

What Your Role Will Look Like:

The HR People and Development Manager will play a key role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs across the company, focusing on making our organization the best place to work. This position will require a strong background in the HR Business Partner function, learning and development and leadership, particularly with manufacturing operations.


  • Partner closely with corporate and manufacturing leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives that support our vision of being an employer of choice
  • Analyze trends and data to drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction across corporate and manufacturing functions.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve the employee experience, from onboarding to career development to offboarding.
  • Champion initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and celebrate achievements.
  • Design and implement innovative learning and development programs that empower employees to reach their full potential and contribute to our success.
  • Maintain metrics to evaluate and assess training needs and develop or adjust strategies to address skill gaps, promote career development, and support succession planning.
  • Other functions: handles disciplinary actions, assists with succession planning, manage HR Business Partners and L&D Specialists, provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
