Human Resources Assistant (HRA)
Monday - Friday
Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
*This position is on-site at our hospital*
Pay Rate: $19.00 to $25.00 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager / Director of Human Resources, coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of two years work experience in Human Resources field preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
