Requirements As a Visual Merchandising Lead, you will work alongside a group of passionate and dedicated associates and store leadership team to help execute the visual merchandising and brand vision for the store. You are keenly observant and find inspiration in the communities you are engaged in with the sports that we serve. You enjoy translating that, in alignment with the brand vision, into visual changes in the store that drive sales and customer engagement. You provide leadership to a group of talented sales associates and exceptional service to our guests.
**We will count on you to:**
* Provide leadership to retail staff and on day-to-day retail operations
* Work alongside the Visual Merchandising Manager within the Black Diamond Retail Team to execute on floor sets, floor swaps and change overs
* Provide feedback due to locally changing visual needs
* Execute window displays
* Collaborate with marketing specialist and store manager on events within the stores and the visual needs
* Provide quality customer service and set the example for retail staff on customer service
* Key holder responsibilities to open and close store
* About you:
* You have experience in visual merchandising, merchandising, a strong understanding of climbing and hard goods. Understanding of mixing hardgoods and softgoods within visuals. Retail, Sales, Retail Management.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma
* Bachelors Degree, Visual Merchandising (preferred)
* 1-2 years of experience in visuals
* 1-2 years of experiences in outdoor industry visuals (preferred)
