**Description**
**Responsibilities:**
The **Residential Crew Member** is a critical position Residential Division. The scope of responsibly encompasses assisting a team in the installation of quality new landscapes for our customers including but not limited to irrigation system, plant material, topsoil, and mulch.
**Job Description:**
* Work outside in a variety of weather conditions to assist crew in the installation of new and existing residential/commercial landscapes
* Trenching using both manual and mechanical methods
* Assemble and install irrigations system components including valves, pipe, sprinkler heads and controllers
* Place and prepare soil for plant materials
* Install plant materials including trees, shrubs, and sod
* Job site preparation and clean-up
* Maintenance of tools and equipment
* Snow removal during winter months
**Requirements:**
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work in a group
* Motivated self-starter
* Subject to drug testing and physical agility testing
* Basic Landscape skills a plus
**Compensation:**
* $16.00-19.00 Hourly DOE
