Insurance Sales Specialist
Salary: $45,000 + $20,000 Guaranteed Commissions (+7.5% bonus)
Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting an Insurance Sales Specialist for a fast-growing insurance company based in Fort Washington, PA. This is an onsite position, in which the successful candidate would need to be able to commute to the office location 5 days a week to be considered (Fort Washington, PA).
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing life insurance policies from potential consumers.
- Educating the consumer on the organization (who, what, where & why).
- Responsible for managing a specific area or region to target consumers.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with both consumers and financial advisors.
- Ability to identify, qualify and close prospective leads.
- Working closely between departments to decide what policies are worth purchasing.
- Given a pipeline of interested consumers from the Regional VP to work through.
- Calling consumers (this isn t the majority of the role as you will be given warm leads from the Regional VP).
Requirements
- Competitive, self-motivated, energetic and eager to learn.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Bachelor s Degree is required (GPA 3.2).
- 1+ Years' experience in a sales position post-graduation.
- An insatiable hunger for growth.
- Spanish speaking is a huge bonus!
