Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Florham Park, NJ team. The hours are 8:30am-5pm (30 minute lunch) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administering and monitoring finance and compliance policies and procedures
  • Prepare finance and compliance reports for clients; monthly and quarterly
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards with matching invoices and receipts
  • Maintain list of deliverables from department to clients and service providers
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly client invoices via QuickBooks
  • Provide phone support through answering and triaging calls; back up receptionist as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Highly organized and kind professional with a team player mentality
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $70-80K base depending on experience + bonus
