**Job Summary**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
* Attendance is an essential function of the role.
* Proven experience in closing sales.
* Sell new and repeat profitable accounts.
* Service new and existing accounts through regular customer contact.
* Understanding of industry trends and technological developments in the market.
* Create sales funnel of prospect new business for existing customers and future pipeline.
* Establish viable prospect lists.
* Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers.
* Capture sales relevant information such as potential customers, existing customers, projects, etc. within CRM Sales Force.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as client services, design, quality and production to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Follow-up on past due collections.
* Knowledge of products, machine limitations, and costing variables.
* Follow-up on customer specifications relating to particular orders.
* Process all required paperwork on a timely basis.
* Assist in preparing annual sales budget forecasts.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Attendance is an essential function to the job.
* Additional duties as assigned by management.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent or combined equivalent education and experience
* Five years outside selling experience or related experience
* Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive
* Able to load and unload samples from vehicle
**Preferred Qualifications**
* College degree, preferably in graphics or packaging.
* Experience in the corrugated box industry
* Experience using CRM software Sales Force and Taskray
