**Job Description**

In this position, you will be an intern in the Power Delivery Research team within Intel Labs. As an intern you will be researching and designing circuits and developing concepts for on die power conversion, energy harvesting, and voltage regulation. You will perform circuit design, modeling, simulations and analysis to validate assumptions evaluate performance, efficiency of the on-die power conversion circuits.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

*This is an internship position and compensation will be given accordingly.*

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* The Candidate must be pursuing a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering

* 4+ years of work or educational experience in power conversion circuits topology design and analysis mixed signal circuit design and analysis power delivery control modeling and analyses

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Course work and theoretical background in Power Electronics Power converters DCDC regulation is highly desired
