Full Time Position includes two job roles:
PART TIME Loft's Concierge: 20hrs/week PART TIME Life Enhancement Specialist: 20hrs/week LOVE YOUR WORK, HAVE FUN, JOIN OUR TEAM.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* A fun-seeking, energetic, dynamic individual
* Motivated and excited to take on new challenges; say yes to opportunities
* Enjoys working with seniors
* Self-starter, takes initiative, and enjoys a certain amount of autonomy in their position
* Team-player with an outgoing, positive attitude
* At least two years of experience in customer service
* Strong emotional intelligence with natural leadership tendencies
* Flexible and comfortable with a changing schedule
* Detail-oriented in planning and execution of various events
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong computer, tablet, and smart phone skills
* Experience using social media platform, streaming video, etc.
* Good driving record and ability to drive company vehicles
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience working with diversified groups of people
* Experience in event planning
* Experience in facilitating socialization
* Experience in scheduling and organization
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 18 years of age
* Adhere to a dress code of business casual attire
* Ability to see, hear, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continuously during work hours
* Meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
* Current CPR and First Aid certification (or can obtain required upon hire)
* Current TB test (or can obtain required upon hire)
* Negative criminal record/background statement
* Unexpired drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles
