Job Description: **Role Purpose**

CXM is looking for a Diversity Recruiter to promote inclusion and reinforce a non-discriminatory mentality across the business.

Ultimately, you will help us attract and retain a diversified workforce in Merkle CXM.

**Diversity Recruiter Responsibilities Include**

* Developing and executing CXMs DEI recruiting strategy.

* Designing CXMs policies that promote diversity, equality in the Talent Acquisition (TA) process.

* Delivering training sessions to TA and hiring managers on how to make fair decisions and evaluate candidates objectively.

* Ensuring we use inclusive language in all hiring material. Auditing our job postings for cultural awareness.

* Targeting sources and platforms where diverse candidates congregate.

* Seeding CXMs talent pipeline with diverse candidates, to ensure we have diverse candidate slates.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong diverse pipelines, source passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.

* Leverage recruiting sources and Internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including employee referrals, databases, college campuses, search engines, job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs.

* Partner with Hiring Managers across all levels, to create and execute recruiting strategies, and drive the hiring process.

* Manage multiple requirements, review candidate profiles, screen resumes, and update candidate pipeline progress in Merkles applicant tracking system (ATS.)

* Conduct a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration.

* Coordinate closely with managers and Recruiting Coordinators to shepherd candidates through the process.

* Extend offers to candidates, coordinating closely with the hiring managers.

* Maintain knowledge of the industry landscape.

* Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant internal stakeholders.

* Establish objective, job-related employment criteria regardless of protected characteristics like age, gender, and race.

* Source, network with and proactively reach out to minorities, female candidates, people with disabilities or other under-represented groups.

* Advocate for minorities and ensure equality across all business functions.

* Review all communications, including our careers page and social media accounts, to ensure theyre in line with labor legislation, respect human rights and have non-discriminatory language

Qualifications:

* Relevant experience as a Senior Recruiter with prior experience working on DEI initiatives.

* Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity.

* Knowledge of labor and human rights legislation.

* Familiarity with online and offline sourcing (e.g. through professional networks or job fairs)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Participation in seminars and workshops around diversity in the workplace or relevant certification is a plus.
